AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC is an aviation technology company founded by a working airline pilot. We build tools shaped by firsthand operational experience — because guessing isn't good enough when the stakes are real.
CrewAlert started as a personal project — a pilot building the tool he wished existed. Reserve callouts at 04:00. Add-pay math before the coffee's done. Hotel names in text messages and flight times in email. It was a mess, and the apps that existed either didn't understand aviation or were built for airlines, not crew.
So we built CrewAlert. And then we built a company around the same idea: that professionals doing complex, high-stakes work deserve software that actually understands their job.
Aero Solutions Pro LLC is based in Chicago, Illinois. Our founder is a commercial airline captain and has been building software alongside his flying career. Every product decision comes from real operational context — not feature checklists or market research decks.
Good software makes the complex simple. Every feature we add has to earn its place — if it adds friction rather than removing it, it doesn't ship.
We don't build features because they sound good. We build them because someone in the industry actually needs them — usually because we needed them ourselves.

We use the products we build. That means we're always the first to notice what's broken, and always the most motivated to fix it.
What's next
CrewAlert is the first chapter. The roadmap includes Android support, an Apple Watch companion, crew operational tools, and features we haven't announced yet. The same principles, applied to more of the problems crew face every day.
