These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all applications, products, and services developed and published by AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC ("Aero Solutions Pro LLC," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to CrewAlert, as well as the aerosolutionspro.com website (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC develops mobile applications and digital tools designed for aviation professionals, including airline pilots and flight crew members. Our current flagship product, CrewAlert, is a scheduling and duty management companion application for iOS. Features include reserve management, flight duty period tracking, trip building, schedule import, logbook functionality, and related aviation crew tools.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or Service at any time without notice.
Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. Subscription options and pricing for CrewAlert are as follows:
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings. AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC does not process billing directly — all transactions are handled by Apple.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store subscription settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, except where required by applicable law.
Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. After a free trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless cancelled before the trial ends.
All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC does not control Apple's refund policies and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Aviation professionals are solely responsible for compliance with applicable regulations, airline policies, and operational requirements. CrewAlert is a supplemental scheduling tool and does not replace official scheduling systems, crew management platforms, or regulatory guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or operational disruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
All content, design, code, branding, and intellectual property in our Services is owned by or licensed to AERO SOLUTIONS PRO LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it carefully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Kane County, Illinois.
